NOFFLINK warrants to consumer purchasers that NOFFLINK products are within the applicable warranty period. NOFFLINK will provide perfect after-sales service, please contact service@nofflink.com
The warranty period for NOFFLINK products is 12 months. In each case, the warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.
Return & Refund
Death on Arrival (DOA): Customers should contact our customer service for DOA status within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.
1) If the outer packaging is damaged or deformed
Damaged packages are immediately filed with the courier company and confirmed in the form of a stamped paper certificate.
Send us a picture of the item/package received with details describing the problem.
Upon verification of all required information, we will provide a replacement or a full refund upon your request.
2) Missing item, wrong item or incorrect package sent
Please check the contents and weight of the package carefully before signing for it. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service using the following information: Email us with your order number
7-Day No Reasons Money Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a refund for any reason within 7 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in NOFFLINK’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
1.Returns must include all accessories
2.Items must include original packaging
3.For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
4.Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above
requirements
※ For non-quality related warranty claims, NOFFLINK refunds the cost of the product itself. We will charge 5% (service fee + handling fee)
Refund requests for the 7-day money-back guarantee expire 7 days after a warranty claim is made. Refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed for items that have exceeded the 7-day window. For purchases not made directly through NOFFLINK's online store, please contact the retailer for a refund. See below for quality issues.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
The warranty period for NOFFLINK products is 24 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.
Process:
1.Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
2.NOFFLINK must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
3.The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
4.It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
5.For defective items that NOFFLINK needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to NOFFLINK or if the defective item is not returned.
Special Note:
We will handle all quality related issues by refund or replacement. International shipping must be borne by the customer. Your tax-free purchases will expire when your order is delivered. For subsequent returns, we are sorry that we will no longer pay taxes on exchanges. If you're concerned about taxes, buy tax-free shipping again.
Not covered under warranty:
1.Products without sufficient proof of purchase
2.Lost or Stolen Product
3.Items out of warranty
4.Non-quality related issues (7 days after purchase)
5.free product
6.Repair by third party
7.damage from external sources
8.Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
If the customer damages/misuses the item, the product's warranty will be voided immediately. No compensation is provided in this case. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and the shipping cost to ship them.
